DON'T GO TO WORK SICK

If you are ill with diarrhea, vomiting, jaundice, or fever with sore throat, you must call the person in charge.

If you are ill with any of the symptoms above, do not go to work.

Do not return to work until 24 hours after these symptoms have stopped.

Do not handle food with an infected boil, cut, burn, or sore on the hand or wrist. You may handle food only if the injury is covered with a clean bandage and a latex-free glove.
